I didn't know they provided a fraudulent address? Did the SEC call them on this and where can I find the SEC response to this?? Are you stating that HJOE went dark because of the filing status only? They haven't filed the appropriate form that they were going dark which you did tell us they would file approximately 2 months ago, so that was inaccurate. HJOE has provided PR updates on their most recent deal with LTCG and the addition of the chips to dealer product line. I wouldn't consider that a dark status about providing information. Filings, yes, no mention. Going dark on company happenings, not correct.
