Sorry you don't like shell companies, but Itonis was a shell company for over a year. I am the company's longest holding shareholder (since 2007). In 2007, Itonis was a "media based" company with a device to view paid TV. The company planned to make income from televised gambling, advertising and other programming. It had limited success but exhausted its capital and could not manage a project in China. Mr. Neal Roberts was the CEO. The company went out of business and the corporate shell remained dormant for over a year. It was purchased by the current management and is incorporated in Nevada. I am still holding and believe in Itonis' ultimate success.
