We originally voted on Marcuum before our Reverse IPO cause they're the experts and cost us a damn arm and a leg. They are the experts in this sort of financing and their record with us stands out fairly clearly. Dismal to date with a STEEP DROP that once approached losses of 78% of our investment, We're up to a 50% loss at this moment. 2-½ years down the road.

They brought in MAXIM as underwriters. MAXIM also served as our Market Makers, calling up and beating the pavement. Scotty Rothbaum is no longer with MAXIM, evidently. And nobody seems to be making calls for us.

On retaining Marcuum as our auditor to the resolution was close:

19,799,350 for; to 105,653 against. (99.5 to 0.5% for to against).

We've been played before. SSDD.
we're around 1/10th of normal trade after voting these clowns in. At 9K sales each of the last two days, nobody is retailing us. Give Debbie Bailey a call and ask about the lack of clear support from Marcuum in market making and why are we paying them anyway.
