If the 20 million were gifted to one person...

It seems the CEO gifted himself 20 million shares.

...then that person became a 10% beneficial owner and cannot readily sell those shares (unless the OS is over 200 million in which case 20 million is less than the 10% threshold).

I'm assuming that the TA is essentially gagged. Thanks...
