The GSE’S make a combined 50-60 billion in revenue right now.

Fannie is estimated to make 7-9 billion profit this year. Freddie 4-7 billion.

His profits are still potentially possible if the companies are doing what they can to hold back some profit in the hopes of release.

However, if this is their full force, then this is what we get. If released, a p/e ratio of 12-20 can be expected in my opinion.

Of course, they may also have some unclaimed DTAs now, but I have not looked myself to verify this.
