Dilution may come soon or it may not. What is more certain from my view point is that the DEA told congress they would provide an answer to them on rescheduling by mid year. June is mid year. DEA may announce anytime from now to 31 July. The stock will either slide or pop on the news. I believe it will pop. Regardless it is time to decide to be either in or out and that alone will drive folks into the stock.
