They have 1.8 on the books as of December. They have a note due on 6/30 for 1m.

Yes thats a lot of shares. But not to worry they increased their AS by 500m.

Shareholders have no idea whats happening anymore. They dont have to report a thing.

They basically took out a toxic deal in december 2014 that killed the company. They have no money... No revs ...no way to stop it.
