Up until 2016, they made good on all goals/promises.

*CORRECT

This year, purchased a robot....only a few more weeks, only a few more weeks, only a few more weeks. (Get someone in that fire department office and get that permit figured out, not that hard.)

*IT ACTUALLY IS HARD AT TIMES AND VERY FRUSTRATING, I DEAL WITH PERMITS ON A REGULAR BASIS. THERE ARE MANY FACTORS INVOLVED.

This year, acquire licenses for all states....Shital already said that will not be possible (we have 3 in month 6).

*WHEN DID SHITAL SAY THAT WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE? THIS IS NEWS TO ME. SHOW PROOF.

This year, we will have our financials AUDITED. We have had them REVIEWED. I am an AUDITOR and that is a BIG DIFFERENCE.

*WHEN DID THEY SAY AUDITED? THEY NEVER DID, IT WAS ALWAYS JUST A REVIEW UNTIL ACQUISITION TAKES PLACE TO SAVE MONEY.

We have two investor conferences where we are trying to raise money for acquisitions. Acquisitions fell through AND WE CANNOT BE CERTAIN AS TO WHY. Could it be for what they said, SURE, but could it be for other reasons? YES

*THE REASON FOR THE ACQUISITION TO BE CALLED OFF WAS REGULATIONS, CLEARLY STATED IN THE PR THIS MORNING.

During the conferences it was made apparent that compounding efforts are not as profitable and the business will continue to have to find new sources.

*SO THEY WILL CONTINUE TO FIND NEW SOURCES OF REVENUE IN ADDITION TO COMPOUNDING....THIS IS A GOOD THING.

HOME HEALTHCARE is one of our BIGGER pursuits up until now. That is part of the business model.
