I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he is working on something with the future funds.

with that much control of shares, he is not letting any body change the rules.

In case of why some of you think he would let these shares become worthless does not make any sense... It makes perfect sense, if your glass is half empty. This is his business/job, in order to continue to be paid, he needs to keep it afloat.

Any financing from this point on will be toxic. Since he is making all the rules, floating all these new shares is NOT a problem for him and his crews, it is a big problem for us investors.

The big red flag right now for me is "where is the IND"? It has been talked about since I got here at the end of 2012... Need more money to pay the crews... for what?

As an older shareholder, it is quite late for me to sell, I just hope they will shape up and bring this company out of this state.
The direction they are moving to certainly indicate trouble.
