I've looked through past EAPH PRs to find out when they estimated we'd have Mexican approval for the cancer drugs and the women's health products. In a PR date 9/15/15 they stated: Ackerman Pharma believes the approval [for the cancer drugs] "can be obtained by the end of 2015 or shortly into the New Year...
In a letter to shareholders dated 10/7/15 EAPH stated the women's health products will "undergo a fast-track process... in order to shorten the normally long two-three year approvals process down to months."
Well, here we are 8-9 months later and we're still waiting on Mexican approval for these products. Without that approval this company becomes very questionable; with it there may be some potential for a share price increase.
Why is the company not updating us on this situation? Comments welcome.
