Here's the chart to show a visual of the stock after the uplist to NASDAQ via a reverse. The only ones it helped were the short term traders. The long term holders are now sitting with fewer shares along with lower net value. An R/S isn't the answer and I'm glad the CTIX CEO has made it clear that's not the route he will take.

Uummmm. You mean like that Alzheimers stock? It fell below the $1 per share split adjusted price earlier today even on the vaunted Nasdaq.

Looking at some of the recent Psoriosis drug deals there are almost certainly interested parties. Unless one buys into the theory that information will leak ahead of that announcement, then that deal could indeed catch many off guard. The CEO has indicated he is open to deals on Prurisol, so that's half the battle.
