Based on what? They havent reported fins in a year. They are a pink stock with a stop sign. They dont report shares to the TA any longer. Their employees quit. Their Stevia operations failed. There hemp operations were just a smoke and mirrors pump. They are no longer operating or purchasing new product.. Jessica will still fill your order with the remaining stock though.
This company died. George is laying low and not saying a word. Thats the best approach when people are looking to sue your company over blatant publically released lies.
