There is someting odd about this... Mann did a reverse split and no announcement... at the same time KLEAN is going public before Q2... I just think the news is going to be the merge with KLEAN, that's why we had to do a reverse split...Maybe that's why it is taking to long to be announced... is there any other reason to do a reverse split?... why did he do it?
