CFO and registered agent resigned
business license expired
delinquent 10K and 10Q
company is broke
no revenues have been reported
the AS is 4 billion and no one even knows the OS
trading volume has dried up

as for the useless opinions that FARE has any value at all, well, you're right, they are useless indeed and have lost shareholders a lot of money in this scam.
