TSA means credibility in this industry. Their European or rest of the world sales benefited from that a lot in my view. So, top line wise it is important. Again, from a buyers perspective, take out the distribution costs, make production more efficient with scale, take out duplication of R&D and sales...here is your at least 25% EBITDA margin even with a price which is around 25k per unit in my view not including the after sales services and parts which will come into the picture as steady revenue stream as they are all over the world deployed. Noise is here with absolute no substance and rehash of old stuff which makes absolute no sense. We are inches away from at least a double or more.

The company will obviously reserve a seat in every conference until they are not a standalone entity. Also, L3 per se has a very decentralised operating structure. They might keep the brand and have them right next to each other. If you think the opposite, pls sell!
For an EDS player, it makes every sense in the world and it will happen in my view. GLTA with no clear agendas coming on these boards.
