The link to the Wyoming Secretary of State is in the iBox. You can see from the filings that MEC Incorporated has replaced MyECheck as the company name. PMB Helin, the former auditors, also recognized this name change as official and used it in their Reply in Support of Motion to Dismiss Ken Maciola's bogus claims.

This lawsuit claiming Ken was owed shares he cannot prove he purchased legitimately is the reason the 10k was filed so late. Look at Pacer to see the docket dates. They run from February to present.
