Look at the lender filings
The last 3 filings class of ownership ** gives them 28 plus percent of possible shares and ownership of TBEV.
At low conversion i.e. sub pennies 0.0003 that will be billions of shares .
It will change with the AS structure when they default as they have with most of them.
Good one lyintoby borrow more to pay old toxic loans.
Do not be fooled by the low number of shares filing for cash loans to lyintbev owners it will change on share conversion as it has in the past .
