They are pink because of the late filings by the company. That is on them and they need to fix that crap. If what they said is true and the auditors were somehow the cause of the delay, then changing of auditors will hopefully make a difference.

I'm a supporter of MYEC but I'm not gonna act like some of these yahoos on the MYEC facebook boards that get butthurt every time someone posts an honest opinion about how they feel. The company and Ed is still responsible for what happens.
