'Lured by Deceptions'? cant seem to find any references to that, but, considering the unfair losses that shareholders suffered here, it's likely that whoever is being Sued will not only have the case against them thrown out of court, but whomever is attempting to do the suing would have to also,
well,
um,
"Show up in court to do so!"



It's not likely that they'll want to do that, as it would then avail themselves to all the people they've ripped off!
