I will answer your question. This appears to be a new issue that was originally discovered in the recently filed lawsuit.
The lawsuit brought up the properties owned by Greenpay and how they allegedly were purchased.
Further investigation by others proved Greenpay is currently shown as owner of record of several houses and MYEC is owner of record of another house. The SEC filings relating to the sale of Greenpay do not say Sierra Global is to retain any assets which is contrary to what Ed has said on Facebook.
All of this has really come to light in the last several weeks/months. I am not sure the SEC or FEDS are aware of any of this as of June 14, 2016.
And if they were aware, and this stock was being investigated, the LAST thing they would do is come to Ihub to let us all know MYEC was under investigation.
