Any update on the court case?
As I understand it, there were 3 cases in front of different appellate courts. Two of them have ruled in favor of the SEC and the last case is the one involving Ironridge in the SEC vs Hill case. Is that correct?

I was told these cases are ruled on after 4-6 weeks but this has been a number of months. Can someone elaborate on the importance of the ruling and how it would affect VELA? I bought some shares and thinking of buying more if we get validation of the business- which may or may never come. Anyone in here know what is going on with the business?

A friend of mine showed me this company and said nearly impossible to get any information- seems he was right. Still sounds like a binary event, either a 5-10 or more bagger , or a zero.
