That's always a possibility, board directed change in leadership. It happens all the time in business when the board isn't happy with leadership.

But, who really knows. All board directed changes are usually sugar coated and you never really know. Who knows about Hong Kong incorporation laws, maybe they can't change Steve yet as CEO for QMC Asia, plus QMC Asia doesn't have any production capacity yet. It's just an idea with funds as far as we know at the moment.
