It sold for $7 when oil was $100 and that was for proven reserves. And many have no clue how reserves are even computed. Resource estimates are not proven reserves. You don't drill one well, book reserves for the entire block and then sell out for top dollar. It just does not work that way. Africa Oil and Tullow took years of drilling with many wells involving many prospects in several blocks before they declared commerciality and booked reserves. Drilling one well and selling out won't bring a fair offer. That is pie in the sky and everyone with knowledge of the industry knows it.
