Conversion Solutions, Inc announces important



additions to the Executive team for AISS





KENNESAW, Ga., July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Conversion Solutions, Inc. (OTC: CVSU), (OTC Bulletin Board: FHAL), a Delaware Corporation is proud to announce the additions to our staff of Mr. Kuczynski and Mr. Eirich.

Mr. Eirich will hold a CVSU Board of Director position in the joint venture corporation American International Smart Structure (AISS), and.Mr. Kuczynski will serve on the Advisory Board.

Mr. Kuczynski and Mr. Eirich have a combined experience of over 40 years of service within the U.S. Government and as representatives of a wide range of international and U.S. companies within the Washington establishment.

Thomas Kuczynski

Mr. Thomas Kuczynski, is a former Energy Executive of Consolidated Natural Gas Company,a $3 Billion Dollar corporation. He has over 30 years experience in the Energy Sector. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Energy and Gas Industry in the United States.



Tom served over 12 years in the state legislative affairs in Cleveland Ohio before his promotion to head the legislative group in Washington DC. Tom coordinated the activities of eight sister companies within the Consolidated Natural Gas Company.



As head of the Federal Government Affairs, at Consolidated Natural Gas Corporation In Washington DC, Mr. Kuczynski oversaw the Legislative affairs Department. He has expertise in Tax Issues, as well as Pipeline Safety Issues. He has also been involved in legislative Issues affecting the $ 6 Billion Low Income Family Assistance program.



On the Technical level, Tom has special knowledge regarding Natural Gas and Energy Development and distribution throughout the US.



His expertise includes Drilling, liquefaction, gasification, storage, transportation and pipeline distribution of Liquefied Natural Gas products.



Tom Kuczynski has been involved in Pipeline Safety and Standards Development at the National Level working on Pipeline Safety Committees at the US Department of Energy.



His expertise includes the construction and operation of the largest liquefied Natural Gas Facility in the US, the Cove Point LNG Facility in Maryland.



Don Eirich

After serving 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, Col. Eirich was appointed by the Republican Reagan White House to serve as the Director of Southeast Asian Affairs in the Department of Defense. In that capacity, Eirich was recognized as an expert on Southeast Asia and was awarded the Secretary of Defense's Medal for Outstanding Public Service in recognition of his contribution to the successful transfer of power between the Marcos and Aquino Administrations in the Philippines. During this time he was responsible for maintaining the defense relationship with the Philippine Armed Forces against criticism within the Congress and became a trusted associate of the Honorable Caspar Weinberger, the former Secretary of Defense, the Honorable Richard Armitage, the former Deputy Secretary of State, and the Honorable James Kelly, the former Assistant Secretary of State for East Asia. Upon leaving the U.S. Government, Col. Eirich became an effective representative of companies wishing to do business in Washington. One of his notable clients was Indonesian Aircraft Industries (IPTN). While under contract with IPTN, Col Eirich obtained the agreement of the U.S. Department of Transportation to establish a procedure that would lead to the granting of an FAA airworthiness certificate for the CN-235. Col Eirich was also able to obtain the agreement of the U.S. Department of Defense to offer financing for a sale of the CN-235 to the Philippine Air force.

Colonel Eirich, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, is currently a senior official with an NGO, the U.S.-Indonesia Society (USINDO). In that capacity, he handles defense affairs and relations with the Congress. Last year Colonel Eirich led a successful effort on the Hill that resulted in the restoration of defense relations between the US and Indonesia.
