After reacting emotionally when I first head the news, I have put some thought into it, and I have decided to stick it out for the foreseeable future for a variety of different reasons.

I think they're in a solid position, but the key is settling that lawsuit quickly, IMO. It's only going to do them a disservice and cost them $$$ dragging it along. Settle it.
