All you have to do to find this and much more just GOOGLE NICK MITSAKOS STOCK FRAUD IN TEXAS The first thing that comes up is a PDF of his appeal of a conviction and sentence to 3 years in Federal Prison on 3 different fraud charges. It also says the appeal was denied. I had my PI check it out and it is the same Nick Mitsakos. There are some other interesting things out there. They list clients on the website. They have not done any business with any of the clients listed. How in the world can the SEC let UBIQUITY just keep on telling lies and taking millions in investor money? I see people on AMERICAN GREED all the time do far less than UBIQUITY and they get many years in jail.
