On the main website https://www.israelbizreg.com/ you have to pay a fee, but i googled the license number and the name of the subsidiary.

This was the other subsidiary beside Finotec Trading UK Limited. I don´t know other subsdiaries. They have probably in other countries business licenses, but for me only important that the 2 subsidiaries are active, specially the UK one.

Company has 3 new trading names, 3 new websites, one website since June. The other ones since April/May.

If there would be a dissolution of the company, i doubt this would happen. They look more active like ever before. They never had new websites and trading names since 2010.
