Industrial Espionage on DECN

JNJ did all they could to sue DECN into oblivion and lost what looks to have been the big battle. They have shown that are ready to fight dirty (threatening to sue most of DECN's 1st and 2nd level customers using information obtained through court disclosures) and I see no reason to believe they wouldn't do it again if there is an opportunity that will benefit them, regardless of the impact on DECN share holders. JNJ is an enemy and they've earned that.

Industrial espionage can cause heavy damage to shareholders. Given the potentially lucrative market that DECN has targeted and it's strategy to undercut the current market leaders, this is a very hostile environment for DECN. And all 4 of the major players have deep pockets and certainly want to protect their cash cows.

So as a DECN stockholder, I'm alarmed that a confidential document was posted here. What other information was collected and what might be available with persistence.
