Not looking good. Down about 10% in the first day of trading after the split (obviously the .58 was a glitch, everyone knew that).

Absent news from the company it looks like this will slowly fade back to the single digits. Unfortunately the R/S wasn't large enough to indicate a merger. If anyone thinks Klean, or any legitimate company, is going to give the former CEO what would amount to $2 million for a worthless shell they might be in for a surprise. Unless of course they believe the s/p is going to be in the single digits soon.
