Never make decisions on your investment out of Emotions, invest in future trends and possible outcomes, I believe we are being washed out so that others can make $$$$, something is fishy about this company looking like its failing. I believe operations moved somewhere cheaper so that the company can produce the meter cheaper which in turn will be more enticing for distributors and governments. The fact that the company released MANY PR's (no pump detected) detailing distributors around the world and patents, stoping the 10k and 10q is interesting. I have a stock in the pink sheets that has been doing EXCELLENT!!! Maybe they want to control the rise and wash away the short sellers that destroyed the PPS and would smash the price every quarter making mucho $$$. Like I said before patternseeker brings up some very interesting points.
