Wanna take bets on when the SEC will be stepping in to suspend TALK?

It should have been suspended a long time ago during the first pump&dump (paid promotion) back in 2013.

Putting aside all of the red flags that the insiders and various players involved here throw up....

That 8K today ... wow, just wow

So UMS is such a bad company that they are being sued by 7 different vendors for nearly $3 million in unpaid bills?

Tack on the court costs and the interest and that balance will be much bigger.

TALK already has tons of toxic debt issues now they are taking on a company that is a sinking ship.

Then you have TALK overstating the revenues in public disclosures by oh just like $6 million.

Gotta love how they lied for months about the revenue situation and conveniently omitted lawsuits from public filings to try to support the share price here.

Can you say Fraud.

If this doesn't get suspended the writing is on the wall. This sinking ship of a company is going to lead to a sinking ship of a share price because of all the toxic issues. Future $.0001 ticker here barring a future reverse split.
