not so sure about that volume. Seemed to be transfer between a group. The other possibility I heard is BCAP shares sold and bought by a group related to EXAD. But in that case we should have seen a news stating BCAP did not return shares as stated in last 8-K.

And EXAD filed BCAP returned shares after the high volume and the drop...
