PBK - I haven't made my way through the entirety of the prospectus yet. Unclear where the $5 million in proceeds will be spent. There is the possibility of another $5 million at some point. What was new though was DRYS has 3 vessels laid up.

As I finish reading the documentation and have had some to to consider, I will post a few thoughts.
