@HubSwirl: yes but remember new acquisitions don't come at no cost..so the bottom lines may improve and thus compensate for added dilution coming off of unused A/S.

all becomes clear only when we see "audited" results and SEC compliance, hopefully soon! IMO 'm hoping mgt do all they can to restore investor confidence and preserve shareholders value.
