KB has issued over 60 million shares of stock in alittle under 5 years.
The float has gone from under 10 million to well over 60.
Basically,Shares have been used like cash.

I have two questions for anyone who might have some insight.
(1)Is the ESOP designation an Employee Stock Ownership Plan?
I highlighted Bold all the ESOP issuance.
Who are all these employees and why is stock being issued to them??????
How can some of these be Corporations?

So if ESOP is not Employee Stock Ownership Plan,what does that stand for?
(2)I highlighted the issuances where there is no identity as to who the shares were issued to.
Is this proper...????? Can you just arbitrarily leave the recipient blank?
