a) an elaborate scam drawing in georgia aerospace as part of the plan plus issuing prs for more than a year plus making an impressive but incomplete website (no choice but to be incomplete)

b) rufus has to have acquired a lot of money in some mysterious manner (mysterious to me and I don't know a lot about finances)

with this money the stock price should probably be worth something, what depends on true book value first and second how well forward whatever real assets be, are handled
