The 7.21 ask price that people have seen means nothing as far as buying or selling stock. The ask or bid price seen anytime that a stock can not be traded, is only to taken as a "Not open for business" sign. At the market close, someone types in some number, and then goes home.
What it really means to a trader/investor is that MM's know at least as much as we do about the stock. Rufus put out the $7.21 as the expected book value of the stock.
