As a "knowledgeable shareholder" I want them to get caught up on their filings so they can get out of their current non-reporting status. This will only help the PPS at this point. Any "knowledgeable" shareholder should want this.

Ummm, no. Filing year-old financials will NOT help the PPS when SCRC is already telling you in real-time that their primary source of revenues was fraudulent (which again, as I have stated repeatedly, effectively renders any prior period financial statements moot), that Express Scripts has dropped them as an authorized pharmacy, and that the G-men are now investigating Main Ave for violations of federal law.

At this point, the revolving door of shareholders who think they have cut to the front of the line keeps churning, with those who bought in at the .02x levels now finding themselves pushed to the back by an entirely new breed of shareholder -- day traders and flippers who zero in specifically on subbies.

Sub-penny prices are what legions of traders salivate for and SCRC is now on their radars, as this is where the money is made. No one is holding; everyone is trading. Believe otherwise at your own peril. SCRC has been one of the most predictable stocks over the past several years and many who have acknowledged the facts have made serious bank while building up an inventory of essentially free lotto tickets just in case SCRC ever does make it big. Win-Win for those who were smart. Only losers were those who bought into the "buy-hold-add" only approach.
