Yes, if your not familiar with the back story 350 green indemnified JNSH against any lawsuits per their contract. CCGI who bought 350 Green (minus the Chicago network, as JNSH had already bought it) challenged that contract in court and lost, then they appealed and lost again. So now JNSH has sued CCGI under the indemnification clause per the contract. Most likely they will settle in my opinion.
