They clearly stated in the PR there will be no RS now. I do not care about a year from now or the distant future. They would be foolish to ever do a RS unless BSSP or the new symbol is well out of the trips ahead.

No announcements of a reverse split have been made and if the Board had made that decision a press release and an 8-K would have been warranted. Having said that any future decision, if there ever is one will be announced immediately to the investing public.
