I am looking at the pps from this point @ .03 to .07.....a MM will help facilitate trading...if my understanding is correct the mm can buy up shares...lets say between .03 and .04 and sell them back at .06 or 07...
He is Making a Market for the stock by doing so...and making money on it...volume is the key...so that is where the IR comes in...as I said earlier, i always thought CAPC growing revenues would at least attract the penny stock boys back..but no, it hasnt happened yet...i just cant see CAPC being .45 at post split.......to do the reverse just to get the price to .45 is senseless...i mean dumb....hey we almost broke through .03 friday...
