These examples are not solid companies. I could also post Nasdaq mergers, always name change and reverse split at the same time,
8-k before it happens.

Mann has not the obligation to file an 8-k, but he could at least release a pr about the reverse split and the reason for the split.

This is what i would expect from the company i invested my money.

Very often in the Q is a hint that a company looks for an acquisition or to merge into another company. But there was nothing.
Strange if this is planned since a long time.

I hope i´m wrong, but i wonder about it.
