PPHM is an OTC type investment. Many OTC stocks trade $7.00 and more.

There only reason for a reverse split is the ATM.
With 60 million in the coffers and running only clinical and small, phase 1 trials through a third party, MSK, NCCN, AZN they don't need the ATM.
