The carrying costs for those short TEVE shares is on the rise. In fact, according to a friend, some brokerage firms in an effort to limit their loss exposure are not allowing shares to be purchased but they will allow sales. IRA accounts are never supposed to be allowed failed delivery. Hmmmm! Go TEVE!!!
