Hey Zebra, great post with one thought I posted around the same time.

The 1:14 R/S brought the O/S count from 74M to a bit over 5M shares now without changing the A/S count that still remains at 100M.

Question: Doesn't the O/S now at 5M already give KLEAN the 95% control you expected since 100M A/S still remain?

Then they can activate 10M of the A/S for the institutional interest once uplisted to Nasdaq and voilá...85% remain under their control.
