Obviously I take it you haven't bothered to reach

the company? Not that reaching a company in the OTC is any proof, as 99% of them are scams. I know the OTC is inundated with these piles of manure, but I have done my own extensive D.D., I have contacted NEIK several times and I am a firm believer that the SEC is not going to just approve NEIK for some SCAM or pie in the sky deal. They are fully audited and just went current. Did the SEC falsify their current status? Is this a fake P.R. ?

Should we contact the SEC to verify because that can easily be done because the SEC certainly would want a heads up if they have had the shirt/blouse pulled over their head. Did they just scam their transparency with the shareholders conference calls? Are we in the twilight zone and these P.R.'s made out in public finances websites, forums, and message boards fraud? Is this rumored deal a farce and the SEC allowed them to go current with $0?
