The existence of the agreements were disclosed in the company Q and the nature of the services they are providing including the exclusive investment banker for the company. Unless the company paid them or guaranteed them payment, then the disclosure meets the SEC requirements. I am sure the companies and WS SEC counsel signed off on that disclosure. Being good enough for you and others is irrelevant. And this is nothing more than trying to create controversy where one doesn't exist legally or otherwise. Why can't you wait for the 8k once it's closed and completed. seems awfully strange you demanding this information and implying the company is not being forthright because that's exactly what you are doing.
