100% he is no longer a part of the company. People can not have it both ways. You can not say the SEC files are true when it fits your purpose they they are not true when you don't like what they say.

The 100% proof is he sold his shares and is no longer involved in the company. The SEC files says that and 7 months later the SEC has had no issue with that true statement.

Not a single dollar anyone put in buy this stock went to the company. It was bought ans sold in the marker. Companies don't get that money.
