He could not refund money if he wanted to because nobody that invested in the stock put any money in the company. Shares that people bought where bought in the open market from another share holder. That money changed hand between the new purchaser and the old shareholder. No money went to the company.

are not even owned by Fortune Road Media. He has nothing to do with that company. It says on the bottom of each site that there is no ownership.
