Chas56789, FHAL is not likely known by those that are writing the upcoming 10-k filing either...that or the 10-k-filing-authors don't like free money as much as you do!

maybe those writing the fhal-10-k aren't as smart as you when it comes to buying stock at $1, soon to be $15?
